Cancellation Policy
Home Visit Booking & Pricing Policy At Momso, we provide expert at-home fittings and styling sessions within the M25 area, offering a discreet, luxury service tailored to your needs. With over 30 years of experience, I ensure that every garment fits and flatters you perfectly. Booking & Availability - Appointments are available on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 AM – 2 PM at standard rates. - All other days and times are considered premium bookings and charged at a higher rate. - Home visits are by appointment only and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking (see Payment & Terms below). Callout Fees Standard Appointments (Tuesdays & Fridays, 9 AM – 2 PM) - First Hour: £150 - Additional Hours: £100 per hour Premium & Out-of-Hours Appointments (Urgent requests, high-profile clients, evenings, weekends, or any other day/time outside standard hours) - First Hour: £250 - Additional Hours: £150 per hour Exclusive Full Wardrobe Consultation (2+ Hours) - Half-Day (Up to 4 Hours): £600 (Tuesdays & Fridays) / £800 (Premium & Out-of-Hours) - Full-Day (Up to 8 Hours): £1,100 (Tuesdays & Fridays) / £1,300 (Premium & Out-of-Hours) Travel & Location - Home visits are available within the M25. - Locations outside this area may be considered with an additional travel fee—please inquire before booking. michelle@momso.co.uk Preparing for Your Appointment - Please ensure a clean, well-lit space is available for the fitting. - Have the garments you’d like tailored or styled ready for review. - If you require a full wardrobe consultation, please let us know in advance so we can tailor the session to your needs. Deposit, Payment & Terms - A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final bill. - Payments must be made via bank transfer, card, or cash before the appointment. - Any additional costs for alterations or styling recommendations will be discussed during your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, will forfeit the deposit. - No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
